Delete My Data
Enviya
Moonsail Software LLC
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Enviya does not use a name-or-email account. The data our backend keeps is tied to an anonymous account identifier generated for your app install. Enviya never stores your photos; it keeps only derived text attributes and numeric progress scores (see the Privacy Policy).
Delete From the App
If you still have access to the device where you used Enviya, open the app and use:
Profile → Delete my account
That in-app action will:
- Delete your anonymous account, your scan and progress history, and your referral-ledger entries from our backend.
- Reset Enviya's local data on that device.
If You No Longer Have the Device
If you no longer have access to the device, contact support and describe your request. Because Enviya does not use a traditional account and identifies your data only through an on-device identifier, our ability to locate a specific install without the device may be limited.
Support: [email protected]
What This Does Not Delete
Your photos are not retained beyond the request that analyzes them, so there is no stored image to delete.
Deletion does not remove records controlled by third-party providers under their own retention policies, such as app-store purchase history, RevenueCat records, or Firebase data. It also does not remove the time-limited shared caches of derived attribute and score text, which are keyed by image content rather than your account and expire automatically. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
